Helping you discover
a more fulfilling life.
The life you deserve.

A FEW WORDS

About Me

Consistent across my work is the belief that we come into this world whole, and the people don’t need to be “fixed”. As a relational therapist, I specialize in experientially working with self-discovery, relationship health, intimacy, and trauma.

I find what is often missing in our lives are the deeply attuned connections where we feel seen, heard, and understood. Having those connections enables us to regulate our nervous systems and to gather enough strength to accomplish meaningful change.

There is tremendous healing in slowing down to intentionally listen to your body, mind, and heart. If you are feeling stuck or dissatisfied with your life, starting therapy can be the first step towards creating transformation.

Therapeutic Approach

Operating from an intersection of attachment, neuroscience, plant medicine, and somatic frameworks, I focus on creating a safe container where we can explore the delights and challenges of being human.

The foundation of my therapeutic approach lies in identifying and integrating all the different parts that make up each person. We all contain multitudes and are in a constant process of unfolding.

This type of parts work allows my clients to recover from anxiety, shame and guilt while increasing their capacity to process expansive emotions such as joy, excitement, pride, gratitude, and love.

NATURE . FREEDOM . LOVE

Outside of Therapy

My curiosity has led me to study behavioural psychology, fine arts, leadership development, and neuroscience. In my previous life, I have worked with high-performance individuals as a management consultant and executive coach.

I was born in Uzbekistan and have lived on many continents, amidst different cultures. I now reside in East Van with my partner, my two kids, and our two dogs.

I love anchoring myself to the present moment, whether it’s listening to records, dancing, diving into a literary novel, or trying out a new recipe. My soul sings when I am in the wild - be it the mountains, forests, or large bodies of water.
